Stepping out for the premiere of her new film, Fountain of Youth, the actress embraced an ultra feminine aesthetic for the evening in an LBD that featured a fitted bodice top, dainty off-the-shoulder straps, and a layered ruffle skirt made of polka dot tulle. Portman completed the look with black strappy heels and a statement red lip.

Portman stars in Fountain of Youth opposite John Krasinski, who was recently crowned People‘s Sexiest Man Alive. The film follows the two actors, who play siblings Luke and Charlotte, as they attempt to pull off a high-stakes heist to find the mythic “Fountain of Youth.”
“It was so incredible to get to work with John,” the actress said in an exclusive interview with People. “He’s so funny. He’s so kind, such a good actor and to play brother and sister was really fun because both of us, I think, had an imagination of what it might be like.”
She continued, “I’m an only child and he has only brothers, so we both kind of had that lifetime imagination of what it would be like to bring to our characters and it was great to travel to all these incredible places with the entire cast.”

Fountain of Youth premieres on May 23 on Apple TV. Prior to the film’s New York City debut, Portman was most recently at Cannes, where she stepped out in a gown inspired by fish scales and, for the Arco photocall, in another variation of the LBD. Both looks also came courtesy of Dior.
