Sebastian Aho Reveals Major Advantage Hurricanes Have Over Capitals

The Carolina Hurricanes will be looking to take a 3-1 series lead over the Washington Capitals in Game 4 of their second-round playoff series. Carolina has overwhelmed the Capitals in this series, and they’ve put the top-seed in the Eastern Conference on the ropes.

Heading into Game 4, the Hurricanes have found multiple different ways to win games. Part of this is due to the strong core group that they have, and how everyone has come together for a common goal.

Hurricanes center Sebastian Aho discussed this fact and talked about an advantage that Carolina tends to have over opponents.

“So far in this postseason, it’s been kind of our strength that different guys have been scoring goals and creating offense. That’s kind of our thing, come wave after wave after wave, put the pressure on them.”, he said.

The Hurricanes are entering Game 4 with a lot of confidence, especially since they were excellent at home during the regular season. Carolina went 31-9-1 in front of their home fans during the year, and they have gone 4-0 during the postseason so far.

Hurricanes head coach Rod Brind’Amour has been happy with his team’s performance so far, but knows the series isn’t over yet.

“We’re doing a lot of things right,” Carolina coach Rod Brind’Amour said. “I’ve loved the three games we’ve played. There’s certainly parts of the game where you’d like to be better, but we’re playing a great team. I mean, they’re going to put their will on us too at times. I’ve been very, very happy with the way we’ve played all three games.”

Game 4 between the two sides is scheduled to get underway at 7 p.m. ET on Monday.
