Danica McKellar is showing off her moves.
The actress, best known for her role as Winnie Cooper on The Wonder Years, shared a clip to Instagram on May 1, giving fans a glimpse into her 50th birthday celebration.
“In honor of #internationaldanceday this week, here’s a 1 min snippet from my 50th birthday party a few months ago,” she began in the caption, before adding, “Hey, when you love to dance, and you’ve got a captive audience of family & friends, why not? 😋 “It’s my party and I’ll dance if I want to…” 😁💃 And oh yeah, “When you get the chance to sit it out or dance… I hope you DANCE.” 💞💞 To me, dance energizes my soul, it’s a fun challenge, of course great exercise and keeps me young, but I’ve never quite been able to put my finger on why I love it SO much, and that’s okay with me as long as I keep getting to do it. 😁”
In the clip, she put her ballroom dancing skills on display with a dance partner, before getting a passionate smooch from her husband, Scott Sveslosky.
Fans were taken aback by her incredible talent, with one commenting, “Woohoo!👏👏 Amazing!”
“I feel energized just watching you 💃🏻 You are such a beautiful soul” someone else complimented, as another noted, “Absolutely incredible!! 👏👏cheers!!”
Not only were the moves garnering attention, but fans chimed in to show appreciation for McKellar’s sparkly silver dress.
The Hallmark star celebrated her birthday in January with a big bash at Concord Nashville that was attended by Candace Cameron Bure, Bethany Joy Lenz, Melissa Joan Hart, and more stars.
